Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show she competed for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her collection. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectation. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with machines, as well as bent-over rows.
